The hand-hammered copper body has a hinged domed lid, pinched pouring lip and  decorative repoussé and fluted work around the shoulder that gives it much more character than a plain utility pitcher.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe old tinning has worn back in places, revealing warm copper underneath, while the surface carries age, patina and real use.
