Who qualifies for Trade access?
Interior designers, architects, retailers, stylists, stagers, hospitality designers, dealers and professional buyers. If you source for clients, customers or projects, you likely qualify.
How is preferred professional pricing determined?
It reflects the individual piece, the size of the order and where it is going. Because everything is one of a kind, pricing is confirmed per piece rather than a fixed blanket discount.
How do 48-hour holds work?
Once approved, you can reserve an eligible piece for 48 hours while you get client approval. As each object is unique, holds are confirmed in writing.
Is shipping included?
For most pieces, shipping to the US, Canada and Europe is included in the listed price. Larger, heavier or consolidated shipments are quoted clearly in advance, with customs and duties handled for you.
How does commissioned sourcing work?
You send a brief with the pieces or look you want, a budget and a timeline. I search across Provence and elsewhere in France, then send photos and honest condition notes for your approval before anything is purchased.
Is there a sourcing deposit?
Yes. A sourcing deposit reserves the work and is credited toward your purchase. It is best suited to defined projects, retail assortments or multi-piece requests rather than single low-value items.
Can multiple pieces be consolidated?
Yes. Approved pieces are gathered, prepared and professionally packed into one careful shipment wherever possible.
Is commissioned sourcing available to private collectors?
For a larger private project or a defined sourcing request, yes — you are welcome to enquire. For furnishing your own home, you do not need Trade access; the collection is open to you at our everyday prices.
