This plat à tarte, or tarte dish, is a signed mid-20th century French studio piece, likely from the South of France. The underside is fully glazed and incised JANY, with throwing rings visible across the form and a wide shallow well made for presenting fruit, pastry or seasonal produce.
This is truly a large French tarte pan, certainly big enough to feed many people. When placed on a kitchen counter, shelf or table... it brings color and a relaxed French country feeling easily to any room. Would be a great conversation starter at your next dinner party too.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer law. Buyer covers return shipping and items must be returned in original condition. Refunds include the item price and original standard shipping.
