This vintage French porcelain colander is such a useful little kitchen piece... and the copper ring gives it just the right amount of personality. The white porcelain feels clean and classic, while the faceted shape and pierced drainage holes make it much more charming than an ordinary strainer.
Known in French as a passoire, this berry strainer was made in France in the second half of the 20th century. It has a molded porcelain body, tubular side handle and copper hanging ring, with a small green Made in France stamp near the rim.
Use it for rinsing strawberries, cherries, herbs or small vegetables, then hang it from a hook where it can be seen between uses. Practical, bright and very easy to love... it brings a little working French kitchen charm to everyday life.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer law. Buyer covers return shipping and items must be returned in original condition. Refunds include the item price and original standard shipping.
