This set of La Lorraine preserving bottles has that clear, pale aqua glass that makes old French kitchen pieces feel so fresh. Grouped together, they bring light, height and a little pantry history to a kitchen, breakfast room or windowsill.
These antique French bocaux de conservation, or preserving bottles, date from the early 20th century and carry the La Lorraine name embossed on the glass. Each bottle has its swing-top wire bail closure and glass lid, with the soft green tint, small bubbles and slight variations that give old utility glass its character.
The wire closures show rust and age, and one bottle has a slightly different clasp style, which makes the group feel honestly gathered and used. Today, I would enjoy them for display, dried stems, pantry styling or dry storage rather than active preserving. They add the one thing new glass rarely can: a sense of time passing through the light.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer law. Buyer covers return shipping and items must be returned in original condition. Refunds include the item price and original standard shipping.
