The Provence Collection Gift Card

A gift card from The Provence Collection lets the recipient choose their own item, whether they are drawn to antique French pottery, vintage copper, a piece for the garden... or something they have been looking for that has not turned up yet.

Cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase with a unique code that can be redeemed at checkout. The full balance does not need to be used at once, and the balance never expires. The recipient has unlimited time to find the right item.

Gift cards work toward any item in the collection, including future arrivals. If the recipient is looking for something specific, sourcing on request is part of what we do.

Delivery. Gift cards are delivered by email within a few minutes of purchase. The recipient receives a unique code along with instructions for redeeming at checkout. If you would like the card sent on a specific date, contact us before purchasing and we will hold it for delivery on the day you choose.

Redemption. The card is redeemed at checkout by entering the unique code. The balance is applied to the order. Any remaining amount stays on the card for future use.

Expiration. Gift cards never expire. There is no time limit on when the balance must be used.

Currency. The card's value is held in the store's base currency (euros). For US buyers and other international customers, Shopify automatically converts the balance to the local display currency at checkout using the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Small variations between purchase and redemption may occur due to currency movement.

Refunds. Gift cards are not refundable for cash. The full balance remains available for store purchases at any time.

Combining with other orders. A gift card can be combined with credit card or other payment methods at checkout if the order total exceeds the card balance. Multiple gift cards can also be used together.

Lost codes. If a gift card code is lost or accidentally deleted, contact us and we will resend the original code.
